01After reaching a level, you must hit at least that level — or the level directly below it — at least once every three months, or you drop down one level.
02You can move up only one level at a time — comp levels cannot be skipped. You must hit a level two months in a row before you can move up to the next one.
03All agents start at a 75% level unless approved by corporate staff. Exceptions require proof of current production and persistency, at the discretion of corporate staff.
04Production months end at the end of each calendar month. Split policies count 100% toward the writing agent.
05A minimum 75% persistency over 12 months is required for all promotions.
06Agents may be hired directly to your hierarchy once the 90% level has been achieved.
07First leg percentage — if your first leg makes up 75%–100% of your volume, only 25% of that leg's volume counts toward earning promotions. Between 50%–75%, only 50% counts. Below 50%, 100% of the volume counts.
